Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At marksandspencerl, we want your order to arrive exactly as expected. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product page, please reach out within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

Eligible issues

• Items damaged in transit.
• Items defective or not usable as described.
• Items that differ from the order.
• Items materially different from the product-page description.

Not eligible

• Change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or personal-preference returns.
• Wrong product, flavor, size, or quantity selected at checkout.
• Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless directly related to a reported defect.
• Unauthorized returns.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

How to begin

Email support@marksandspencerl.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping & fees

For approved claims, marksandspencerl provides a prepaid return label or reimburses approved return-shipping costs when a physical return is required. No restocking fee applies to approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the return against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. Claims may be denied if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
